PaidUp, operated by Sidebar Technologies, sells digital documents that are delivered to you immediately. We want you to be satisfied — here's how refunds work.

Digital products are delivered instantly

Because your document is generated and made available to you right away, purchases are generally final. You can preview your letter on screen before you pay, so you know what you're getting.

When we will issue a refund

We'll gladly provide a full refund if:

  • A technical problem prevented you from receiving or downloading what you paid for, and we can't promptly resolve it; or
  • You were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge).

Requests should be made within 14 days of purchase. We review other requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to be fair and reasonable.

How to request a refund

Email us via our Contact page with your purchase details and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within a few business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Payment disputes

If something went wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a card dispute.
